Fruit punch is good. Never tried lemon lime. Lmk how it tastes.

Nothing wrong with supps IMO. The more I spend, the more dedicated I am.. I don't like to waste $. So I work hard.

Have you maxed? I Max before my new routine and again when I'm finished to track my progress. Just a thought, if ur lifting for strength

 
I just Startred a high protien diet. one shake for breakfest, one for lunch and then a sensible dinner... Trying to get about 200grams
Man I'm all for a shake for breakfast.. but ur 2nd one should be within 30mins of working out. That's when ur muscles need bcaas and protein to recover. Just a recommendation. To get the most outta your product

Does wacking off count as a work out... Haha.

I can't really work out right now. not until I get my back surgery done. The L5-L4 and L5-S1 disk in my back are herniated. The goo leaked out onto my sciatic nerve. So I have to have the doc remove the leaked goo and relieve pressure off the nerve. Then after all that, I have to be carefull since those disk are shot. Maybe I will try a stationary bike for exercise. Get the blood pumping before doing any lifting. I doubt I will be setting any lifting records any time soon.

nope i normally dont ever max...i just judge it by like a month ago on the hammer strength wide bench i could only do 1 set of 12 with 180lbs then i had to lower the weight now i can do 5 sets of 12 with 180lbs so i know im progressing...plus i go alone late at night i dont wanna drop weights n be stuck there lol

you could just lift real light and do a TON of reps
