You need to buy some protein/creatine ****, i swear it pumps you up. The creatine will bloat you up a little and make your muscles look bigger cause it fills em with water, which helps when working out, because your muscles will last longer before getting tired.
I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but water retention isn't the reason why Creatine lets you pump out more reps.

If you look at your bottle of creatine, you'll see it says creatine phosphate. It donates an extra phosphate so that all the ADP in your muscles can transform back to ATP, providing your muscles with more energy.

 
Just by straight up Creatine mono...and take caffeine if you need some energy.

Those are the active ingredients in most of these "pre-workout" formulas. about 1/10 of the price too

 
Ive taken Creatine....I don't mess with stimulants tho (caffeine). Never felt the need.

Do some research and you will see that most of those products are vastly over priced and contain useless compounds. You really just need to eat a lot and train hard if you are looking for muscle.

And if you ever decide to take a cycle don't opt for orals, most injectables are proven to be safer and more effective. However I have never touched the stuff myself.

 
If youre a teen or in your early 20s then you shouldnt be using pre-workout supps.

Correct your diet.

Use a gainer (cytogainer, iso mass, etc)

Get a SOLID routine and STICK TO IT.

GET REST.

Get a shake before/after sleep and after a workout. Fruits in the morning, and foods such as oatmeal make a good breakfast for good energy.

Edit - I could try White Flood though if you insist. You can get samples from Controlled Labs (google it).

This is true, all the creatine mixtures you see are just creating monohydrate and carbs and sugars that spike your insulin and help your muscles absorb the creatine better

well i feel like ive just kinda hit a brick wall...my last workout like monday night was awesome but sometime i go to the gym and just dont have much energy at all...i dont get off work til at the earliest 1:am so its hard sometimes...im hoping this jacked stuff will really make a difference like everyone says...i could use a boost

 
You may need more rest in general...don't wear yourself out in the gym or try to go too often.

You grow when you sleep, not at the gym

my friend bought it, i forgot what flavor, but i almost gagged every sip i took. it smells horrible too.

i spent the same amount as him (35) got a bottle almost double in size, of NO Xplode. i bought lemon lime. it smells just like gatorade, and tastes similar too, but since it requires more powder, its more bitter/sweet than gatorade, but still drinkable.

 
No Xplode ftmfw! and get some BSN Syntha 6 for protein...good stuff and delicious! and pick up some scivation xtend for BCAA's for recovery. and eat clean...lots of chicken and fish and some beef...broccoli is a good veggie....sweet potatoes for carbs..or rice....lots of oats for breakfast..throw some cinnamon on that shit and some honey...and boil you about 2-3 eggs and only eat one of the yolks and eat all the whites
