I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but water retention isn't the reason why Creatine lets you pump out more reps.You need to buy some protein/creatine ****, i swear it pumps you up. The creatine will bloat you up a little and make your muscles look bigger cause it fills em with water, which helps when working out, because your muscles will last longer before getting tired.

Ive taken Creatine....I don't mess with stimulants tho (caffeine). Never felt the need.
Do some research and you will see that most of those products are vastly over priced and contain useless compounds. You really just need to eat a lot and train hard if you are looking for muscle.
And if you ever decide to take a cycle don't opt for orals, most injectables are proven to be safer and more effective. However I have never touched the stuff myself.
