Well I made the baffle a pres fit with the top/bottom of the trunk where the seat is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif -- the white stuff you see above is the foam... Covered holes on the side with clay/cardboard/layer of expanding foam... just have to fill in the rear deck holes... which I think is acting like ~ 1.5" long port of ~6" diameter... which is like a 35hz tuning… but it doesn’t sound like it is tuning the car a bit high... however it would be a lossy environment so... who knows -- I'll have to take some impedance measurements and see what is going on (and post them)...i did a similar thing recently-had issues at higher volumes (leaking air) sound was unbeatable at lower to medium volumes tho, seriously thinking about sealing it all properly and takeing the sub outa da box!

I’ll post some more results after I’m done making these kicks for the car… almost there – pantyhose are fun! Anyone have any idea how many layers of fiberglass to use? I used 3 for the layer that is against the door and I have 3 applied on the front layer so far but I’m taking a break… I’m thinking 4 or 5? – It isn’t mat its some mid grade fabric…
