I've just received my ARC 4150XXK & it work fine. I've now bridged 2 channel to power my SS Exact 10 sub.

Out of impulse, I bidded for a Zapco Ref 1000 the other night & I won it. Question is where an I use it to max effect.

My system:

Clarion HX-D1

Arc 4150XXK

Zapco Ref 1000 (arriving soon)

AVI Direct (LX) component

No rear fill yet

SS Exact 10 sub in 1 cu ft seal box (temporary)

I am also looking for better SQ sub/s that will fit in small seal box (total should be smaller than 1.2 cu ft) , any suggestion & why?

omg you bought avi's ahahaha i bet those freakin scream nice speakers as far as subs if you can build the right box avi subs are awesome (takes some tinkering to) but if you want a drop in gorgious woofer go for an image dynamics idmax. i dont know about avalibility there but another good choice would be an rl-p from soundsplinter.

I would love to run AVI subs but they do require a larger box than I have (1 cu ft for each SL 250).

I will probably be driving the subs with 2 channel Zapco Ref 1000. Any other suggestion? I am looking for quality SQ subs that is "competition ready". //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

in mention of the SoundSplinter RL-p, there is a group buy at TeamSSAudio.com forums on the dual 2, which would show your Zapco 4 ohms mono, that would be an excellent match up
