My amp rack/1 question

Well i have my amp rack/container all done its basically going to be

___-----___ just a square dead center in my trunk so i can slide in my amp.

but i came across a problem when i pulled up the carpet its all just flat metal on the bottom,should i be worried putting 2 small screws into that or no?

yea lol make sure the gas tank isnt right there

lol i dont think it would be level with the trunk but im just worried on where to screw the ***** in.

i got a good idea, why not just screw it into the cover where my spare wheel well is. my sub box is sitting on top of that cover so its goin no where.

but if i can screw it into where i orginally wanted lemme know
