My a3000db keeps cutting out, WTF is wrong?

When i play music, i'm, getting a real faint bass from my speakers, you can hear the notes, but it's real quiet, and sounds like shit.

Like when the first bass note hits, it's loud, and then it just gets quiet again, kind of like mumbling the bass notes. It happened to me once before, and then it stopped, and everything was normal, then it happened again, and cut back on, now, it's cut off and i can't get it back... any ideas of what's wrong?

i'm confused as to what the problem is what check your rcas and the rest of your connections

does the protect come on?

I checked everything, including the rcas, got 13.8 volts at the amp, 17 volts with the remote turn on lead, , and the rcas might be loose, I'll check them at the hu and everything, but i think they're all secure...

The protect never comes on... And what was weird, is that i checked the voltage at the speaker terminals, and it still peaked at 50 volts or so, but the sound was still faint...

wait....you have a 17 volt rem wire?

LOl... yeah, I don't know why...

Maybe my multmeter was high....
