My 3 12' JBL P1224 POUNDING!!! {VIDEOS}

anyone could of done that. i could of bought a '1500' watt rms powerbass crap amp for 200-300 dollars and went n bought 100 dollar diamond audio no namer subs for 70 a piece and put 6 of em and build a wall box for 200-300. u get what u pay for. the prices on these items retail for MUCH more than what i paid for. the amp retails for 1000 itself. the subs retail for aboout 200-220 a piece. and i asked around 3-4 shops around my town and they said theyd charge me well over 300-350 to build a box like that. he also thru in a red top gell battery which is about another 150 and another small battery to power my amp which is another 100-150. I dont mess with used items or ebay items. half the stuff is refurbished or damaged. i have a one year warranty, i have already had a problem with one of the subs and he replaced it next day.
im not just anyone though

RE HC's retailed for about 600 or so dollars, the IA 20.1 retailed for what either 1k or 1400, i dont remember, and the wall, well i built it myself.

i dont use off brand stuff home boy......come on now...

umm id wager my whole setup that pimps setup will rape yours. and HC's are not shitty subs in any manner of speaking. hell i paid $800 for my setup(1 15" on 3000watts) and i garuntee it would get louder than yours. dont disrespect pimp.
thanks terra.

but if you popped 6 diamond audio 70 dollar subs in a properly built wall with a crap powerbass 1500 amp amp it WOULD STILL BE LOUDER.

IMO

That's because you have no idea what you're talking about //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Hate to break it to you so bluntly...

good ****...

I actually have 2 P1224 running on the JBL 1200.1 II-z Class D 1400, im only pushing 780w being my dumb butt bought dual 4 ohms, so I had wire these things so the amp saw 4 ohms lol!

Anyhow my point is i have them in a sealed box and they flex every body part on my car, and I actually had a guy say he could hear my system clear across walmart parking lot like i was right next to him.. idk how true that was but any case, I did alot of research on these subs while tring to find the perfect box for them..

And that perfect box for the best output and sound across the spectrum was a 1.3ish per sub Sealed enclosure.

I also put all the tech specs of the subs in a few of those design programs and they all said the subs where optimal for sealed applications.

Now that I have these 2 subs in a sealed box, teh quality and tightness of the bass is awsome, I can hit any note across the low end spectrume, where as a ported, they seam to "sound like a fart" no pun intended.

Its real bass, that rattles your teeth out and still is heard a good ways away.. I recommend anyone running these subs, to go sealed! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

But be ware, they are monsters so reinforce your truck or the bolts will come out.. seriously..
