my 2500d keeps cutting off! HELP

Yes and no, because you are going to put alot of work on your alt now adding a second or 3rd bat and it is going to burn out much faster. I mean for tomorrow yes I am sure it will work, but for how long after that....

Personaly I would go get another bat or 2 and use it up and save up some cash and get a ho alt, and if your alt goes and its cheap enough to just get another one in to get by till you get the cash, or is your alt like mine were it will cost $350-400 for a STOCK alt.

I mean I would imagine your alt is prob like $75-100 or so, and a ho would be like 250ish.

well what kind of battery should i look for and should i upgrade the battery up fornt or add on and put it in the back?

i can get a stock alt for $40 , high output is b/w $270-450

goto sams and get you a couple of optima yellow tops. about 130 a pop.

with my orion 2500d my lights dim like crazy at 1 ohm, i can only imagine what it would be like at .5

thats with a stock 105 amp alt... thats been flooded in katrina and about to burn out
