Still working on the interior, and the trunk was off getting shaved clean... no more tag box, or wing.

Lots of updates since the last thread was started. I'll be starting on the interior/sound just as soon as the trunk gets back on!

20's are on. Air all the way around. Headlights/grills on. Yadda yadda blah blah.

No shocks on the rear yet, but they're on the way, so it is a little bouncy on the way up.

Nothing so far, I've only been working on it for 3 months. It went from(basic factory with 18s on it) wrecked in the fender/door of the drivers side to what you see now.

Plans are a CAI, exhaust, wires, plugs, and a little bit of dress-up.

Already got a 220 amp Ohio Generator strapped to it, along with a pair of Stinger batts.

My hood looks good from a distance, but there are flaws. A lot more than I would have liked from a $650(ish?) hood. That is a ViS Racing. I tried to blend a lot of different styles, and I like the way it's finally coming together.

I would recommend Cervini's for fibreglass (best quality fit I have ever used) and I would lean towards Seibon for Carbon. Handmade, with a hell of a customer service, but **** their high!

I would recommend getting poly-urethane body pieces. Fiberglass can be real cheap, but it is usually not very good quality. Also, are you going to paint the hood or front bumper?

No fibreglass anywhere on the car. The bumper is OEM.

The bumper will be painted when the car goes into the booth.

The hood will be painted up to the last major step-up in the cowl. Mostly to hide the flaws in the carbon weave.

Paint is 2006 Lexus RX330 bright white pearl.

Not really a drive fast kinda guy anyways.

No aftermarket hood is perfect. My buddy got a legenday and corners were cracked off of the hood. You should feel lucky haha.

I really wanna see this thing get finished. Looks like quite a project you have going on.

As for flaws in the hood, are they chips or what? I have a few ideas that may save you $$.
