Mustang Mach 460 System Problem

I connected a JL Audio 10' to the high and low connectors on the back speakers of a Mach 460 speaker system, not the tweeters. It's a stock stereo just for the record. Anyhow, the sub was kicking just fine for about 2 days, no problems at all. Suddenly, the two back speakers are not coming on at all, and the sub won't hit either (b/c of the speakers I guess). I have checked everything I know to check for what could be wrong, but nothing has worked. I am out of ideas, the speakers don't seem to be blown. I would really appreciate it if you guys would list your suggestions on this matter. I unhooked the amp as well, speakers still didn't come on. The two tweeters in the back still work though, so I just want to get the other two working again before I do anything else. Hope to hear back from you guys soon.

I have no clue. The way the custom box is set up in my mustang, the amps are real hard to observe or take out. I'm going to try to just connect the back speakers to the amp that powers my sub and see what it does. Not sure if that will work or not, but if it does, that means the amps are blown. But the possibilities of two amps blowing at the exact same time is pretty rare. BTW, are the two tweeters in the back run off the back amps as well?

The 1 amp in the front powers all the tweeters in the mach460. So if the amp blew then all 4 of the tweeters should have gone out. The two amps attached to the rear amp rack power the 4 midwoofers. (2 in the front, 2 in the back). So if your front tweeters are working then it isn't the amp. Check this out, you should read it over carefully.

Ok, the two tweeters in the front are working, the two mid woofers in my doors are working also. The two tweeters in the rear are working as well. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm glad its not the amps though. Thanks for the reply man.

Can someone please help me, the panel in the back is way too hard to take off with just myself. All speakers are working except the two speakers in the back, not my tweeters though. I have the AMP unhooked, so the system is hooked up how it was originally I believe. I didn't make any changes to any wiring or anything. I went to Lowes 2 days ago, subs were hitting nice when I pulled into the parking lot. I went in to get two screws so I can finish connecting the back panel, cause I lost two screws somehow. After that, I merely pushed in the sub a little to secure it, and it stopped working right there. I thought I might have just pulled one of the wires off of the back Hi and Low connectors I have the AMP connected to, but I checked them out and they're all connected properly. I really want to figure this out, there has to be something I can do.

I have taken the mach460 rear amp rack out by myself before. It is a pain in the A**. But not as hard as it is getting it back in! After taking it out and putting it back in once, I just said screw it. With a nice bass you don't need those subs at all. You can't even hear them anyways. Just get some new speakers back there and ditch the mach460. It is awful when compared to aftermarket stereo systems.

I'd love to man, but after dropping the cash for those subs in the back, that's just not a option for me right now. I really want those subs to work again, any suggestions at all?
