waa waa, it was the back of the box, it came off really really easy, it was just surface fiberglassed, the paint kept it from sinking in,

why'd you paint the inside? but yes, the woodglue is useless over paint. live and learn.

i painted the inside becuase i built this box in my soaking wet garage (snow) when i was inside the box i got it kind of wet with my shoes and it didnt want it to get the mdf all nasty wet, and nice spot on the glue, makes me feel better

Trust me. Once a good glue sets up you wont be able to get that shit apart.

the nails are screws are just to secure the wood together til the GLUE dries. Realistically if u have clamps you can build a box with out screws and nails, ur fiberglassing like that shouldnt hold the sides of the box together it would only help to fix any air leaks.

Resin won't stick to that paint. Next go round Glue everything together, use wedges instead of clamps to clamp it while the glue dries, AND DON"T PAINT THE INSIDE UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE DONE ANY GLASSING //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

anything else? in all seriousness i dont want to botch this again, any box changes? im looking for sql and i mite try and tune a little higher, im tuned at 34 now, how much of a gain could i get tuning at 38-40 its hard for me to tell, i havent done much box work, and any help would be appreicated
