Thanks to loopkiller and his thread from April 2009:

I just have a question.
I am looking at adding another Kinetik HC2000 up front in my '08 Silverado as there is an empty battery tray that can take one. I already replaced my OEM AC Delco battery with a Kintetik HC2000 so there is already one up front. As this is an installation under the hood, I understand loopkiller's wiring diagram and plan on connecting battery 1 + post to battery 2 + post and battery 1 - post to battery 2 - post.
I am just curious if I should also ground battery 2 to the frame and/or the block? I think the answer is "yes" but I just wanted to confirm.
Thanks in advance for any and all input. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif
