Multiple amps

I have a 4 channel amp right now running my door speakers. I have 4 gauge power and ground wires for it with a 100 amp inline fuse, I was planning on adding in a mono amp for 2 subs, anyone know how to add on another amp? I am not sure on what to do with the remote wire because there is only one.

all you have to do is get a distro block for the power wire or you can just tap into it by burning the rubber off and tapeing the new wire in and run a new ground and the the same with the remote just tap into it or you can run a wire from the 4 channel into the mono or 2channel amp either way it will work

Splice the remote wire, or run a relay, but i don't think you would need it if you only have two amps. Does your head unit have 3 sets of RCA pre-outs?

Use a distribution block for the power... Don't ghetto splice large wire.

Daisy chaining the remote from the first amp will not be a problem at all.

If your amp doesn't have 3 RCA outs, then just use Y-splitters as mentioned.

So link the remote from one amp to another is that what you mean? and for the RCA's I just need 2 sets right the on i have for my 4 channel right now and the one that will be ran to the mono right? I could just plug the rca from the back of the deck to the amps right?

doesn't your 4channel need 2 sets of pre-outs and your mono another set, which makes 3? Unless you're bridging the 4channel. And daisy chaining would work for the remote wires.

i have a single can toyota tacoma so i only have 2 door speakers so i am only using 2 channels on the amp and I wanted to get the mono for two 6 inch subs.
