Yes that good for one mtx
I'm not sure what you are looking for... when you started the thread you stated "single box"... now are you looking to run 2 in that space?.. that box I posted will do great on your amp... putting 2 15's in that space is virtually impossible to do a ported box and will sound like doo-doo... you could go sealed but then you need a ton more power to get anywhere close to the output of a single 15 properly ported and powered... are you asking for help with a single 15 or dual?

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
