pretty decent. I am send 280 to my 10" MTX 6000. Sounds nice, I am just looking for alittle more of the lower spectrum. The 12's should sound nice with that amount of power. Good Luck

2 12 Mtx terminators and 1000 watt pioneer amp 2 channel
You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
