Moving up in rim size...22/s or 24/s?

looking at these as of now. i would like to get 24's but the tires are so expensive. what do yall think of these rims/tires? i have the same tires on my truck right now but are 20's. i drive a 2004 dodge ram quad cab(black) ive been looking all day and m budget is around $3000.

I would go with 22s, the bigger sidewall looks better IMO
