moving car sub to the home

i wanna move a car sub in the house for a sub...but my only problem in the magent turns the sub green...is there anythign I can to to prevent this????

yea...when u put a massive magnet near a tv..it turns it green/purple it all fs it up.

theres not a way to prevent that other than moving it away from the tv, any magnet will do that to a computer screen/tv screen

move the sub...you can put a sub anywhere.. its omnidirectional--meaning that the human ear can't tell where the sound is coming from at low frequencies.. you can feel the bass and you guess where its coming from.. put it against a wall or in a corner to prevent cancellation--also make sure there's a lowpass filter on the sub..

yeah, move it somewhere else... use the box as a coffee table, just don't put anything on it

Im thinking about buying about 10 bucking magnets, glueing them end to end, adding a back plate and top plate and pole....attaching it to a basket, getting a really long tube to use as a coil former, adding spider and cone and surround... Mini LMT in reverse basically....lol. wonder how it will work.

eh, oh well, i could probably do it for less than $30. Ive got a basket from a Road Master 8 lying around, i can get a surround and spider from parts express and jack a cone from an 8 that i have and wind the coil myself....lol.
