I was thinking, for these type r's

Should i make a box that has them facing upward and the port to the back of the vehicle?

Or shouls the subs be facing the back of the vehicle as well as the port?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of mounting the subs facing up or forwards?

and does the rms wattage split between the subs or no?

man 160 rms each isnt gonna give u much at all.. id either buy a much more powerful amp or get 2 amps.. 1 powering each sub

if your budget is $150 you may as well save up and wait to buy better amps, you will be greatly disappointed if you spend the money on that amp to find out your subs are weak.

Yeah that's what im thinking about doing.

EDIT: i have $250 now, but i wanted to get a new head unit also.

One with a xover. Preferably an alpine.

Well just save up another $100 or sell the one you have, and you should purchase this it is a little underrated but it will work for your app, and not wanting to spend to much. And make sure you wire it to 1 ohm.
