Mounting depth question?

I need to build a box for a 06 Doublecab Tacoma. I have the dimensions in hand but do not know what the maximum mounting depth this box will accomodate. Here's a picture of the plans. Is there a program out there that find the maximum depth? I need at least 5.25 inches.

If you actually draw it to scale you can measure it out yourself. It's not perfect unless you know exactly how wide the magnet is but if you have that, then you can see if there is enough depth.

Depends on where on that box you intend on mounting the subwoofer.

But, as mentioned.....grab some graph paper and draw it to scale.

And since the subwoofer has a vented pole piece, you'll want an additional ~ .5" of clearance between the back of the subwoofer and the enclosure. So, try to leave yourself a necessary mounting depth of 5.75"

Well as long as I drew everything out right, I should have 5/8" of space from the center of the vented pole piece to the back of the box. Just barely enough. Good thing you mentioned this, or I would of been in for some trouble if I would of got the ID10 v3's like I originally planned.

The ID's have a flat magnet all the way from edge to edge, whereas the eD's have about a half-inch of space between the largest width of the magnet and the deepest part of the magnet.
