Mounting Amplifier

I'm thinking about changing my system setup. I'm thinking about ways to tidy it up. For tidiness and convenience, I wanted to mount my amp upside down under the rear deck. I've seen it done before and it certainly clears up all the mess in the trunk. But I'm afraid that the heatsink won't work properly and cause the amp to overheat. What do you guys think?

Yes, my thoughts exactly. Probably suspend it up there. Also afraid that mounting more stuff to the rear deck will cause it to rattle more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif
