you know iv never heard of that i was just told never to do that because if someone steals your box they have your amp to but idk about the vibrations i wouldnt really think so if you have a really solid box and its bolted to your car

well if someone can actually steal the box considering the size and weight of it more power to them and thats why i have insurance
