Actually, I'm probably going to be building it this weekend. I might not if I don't have access to a table saw though. I'm waiting to hear back from a friend to see if I can use his saw but if not, I may start trying to get some pieces cut out using my ghetto chairs and MDF guide with a hand saw.

If I get all the cuts made this weekend, I'll try to get it all glued and whatnot during next week.

Yea, it's works alright and has worked ok for me in the past but it takes me forever and kills my back. I also have to budget in some time to go mountain biking and install those deflex pads from second skin. Either way, I think I should have the majority of the cuts made this weekend.

Well I think I'm going to be starting on it this weekend. I have all the cuts drawn out and my friend is going to let me use his saw. It should be pretty fun. I'll make sure to get pics of the build process and let you guys know how it sounds.

did you convert to inches? or just draw up upto scale on a piece of MDF, in metric?

Yeah, I know I've been side tracked a hair.I have to go by the local lumber place tomorrow to see if they have 3/4' MDF .. . . . .
