Mount crossovers to sub enclosure?

Quick question :

Is it safe to mount passive crossovers to a subwoofer enclosure? Or will the vibrations damage them and/or introduce unwanted noise into the system?

They don't have to last this way for years, as I will be going active in a few months, but in the meantime I don't want to damage them at all.

Thanks.

Think about the question bro... Do you want you chit to rattle apart? Make your self a amp and cross-over mounting baffle. What kind of car do you have. Post pics so we can help you figure out where to mount stuff. and go look at the build logs threads
