Change your diet and see if it goes away. I have the same problem, when I clean up my diet and eat lots of protein and vegetables and cut back the fat and carbs/sugar my shit gets better. I deviate and everything gets shitty again.

Had them both on New Years Eve. Dinner at El Charro, followed by 6.5 hours of drinking at the local club. Jack & Cokes, Jager Bombs, and misc. shots. Thursday was NOT a good day.

A combination of miller lite and basically any food. White castle is the most common culprit.

Having the shits is the worst. Your ******* is on fire. You wanna know whats even worse than the shits? Food poisoning. I'm fairly certain I got some one time from a restaurant. I found myself sitting on the toilet at 4 in the morning pissing out of my *** while simultaneously throwing up into a garbage can. That was some of the worst pain I've ever felt. The stomach cramps were unbearable at times.
