More Strands......Better?

The more strands your copper wire has the better?
Depends on what you mean by "better." Thicker wire can carry more current, but only if it is actually needed. If you are running wire from your battery to your trunk, then yes, thicker is better but only to a point. If you are only going to be running 400wrms amp then a 0/1 gauge isn't going to be "better" than say 4awg

Also, if two wires carry the same current, but one has 30 pretty big strands and the other has 4300 little tiny strands, guess which one is going to be ALOT more flexible //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

But usually, the higher the strand count on the same guage of wire, the better for car audio, but the more expensive. Only go as big as you need though.

BTY did you ever finsh the box for the BMW?

I don't start mine till the end of Feb.

The reason i was asking about the strands, is because i noticed most of the "brand" one have like 4702, or something like that, and the knukonceptz has over 5000.
