More Stetsom 10KD Testing

I got a chance to do some more testing with my 10kd today. For the first test I wired it at .5 ohm on 3 fully charged Kinetik 16 volt batteries. For subs I used 2 Soundstream T5 12's. Here are the results...........................

Start Voltage..............17.5

Drop Voltage..............12.8

Ac volts.......................87

Ac Amps......................88

Watts.....................7656

Imp Rise..................... .99ohms

The second test I used 3 fully charged Kinetik 16 volt batteries. For subs I used 2 Soundstream T5 12's wired at 2ohms. Here are the results.....................

Start Voltage.............17.5

Drop Voltage..............13.8

Ac volts.....................142

Ac amps.......................37

Watts........................5254watts

Imp rise.....................3.84ohms

***All measurements were taken after 4 seconds into burp***

You happen to have the DC amp draw rates for these tests? I dont feel like doing math.

See how even with higher impedance it does more power. These amps don't need to be run into the ground to get power. Point proven at 2ohms still does over 5k. And wonder why you're hardly getting any impedance rise out of those subs? That amp loves 1.5-1.8 after impedance rise for maximum efficiency and power. Nice job

I was only using 3 kinetik 16volt batteries. I'm going to do some more testing with eight kinetik 16volts, and see what I get.

Why dont you post some of your test results on 12v and 16v.

Both of the tests that I did had voltage drops below 14volts. So they actually are 12 volt tests. Correction, below 10v. This amp is designed from 10-18v.
