MORE room in the bimma bimma. ORdered 15 mt

alright so i pretty much ordered the 15 mt. Dont kno if it was a bad decision or not but can always sell it later. i found out that if i make my box to be 13 inches high 28 depth and 29 width i will be able to squeeze out 4.1 cf after port displacement and such. well the problem is i ordered the dual 4 ohm. I just realized tonight. And to my luck there is no orion 2500d's left cuz i was going to order it which would of forced me to run the orion at 4 ohm. So the options are should I change it to dual 2 ohm or should i get a viper 2500d off ikesound.

thanks. hopefully itll bump with this small 4.1 box. hopefully get louder than my xxx with its optimal enclosure.

whats the length width and depth on the viper 2500d. i dont think i have enoguh room for it after i get this looks monsterous.

those dim's come out to like 4.8^3's? seems kinda small before the .25^3' for the sub and whatever for the port...

have you made sure that the sub will have enough clearance for the motor on the base of the box on that angle?

id get the dual 1.4 ohm coils

x2, that port's either way too small or that box isnt 4.1 cubes net. What kinda of bimma you working with?

its gonna be a *****, you're gonna at least have to build in the trunk and prolly do some kind of fiberglassing as well. 3-4x12" port is quite small for that sub imo

get a 12" mt man..run the same dims and you wont have any head-aches trying to get that m/f in there. I put a mt 15 in a 13.5" tall space and id never go through the hassle again.

i guess. but i Re told me it wont displace as much output as the 15 sx. do u guys agree or disagree. if itll gimme more output then ill do it but if it wont. i guess the 15 sx might be up for grabs and a 1500 d. save that money but not get taht super loud banger system i wanted

I could just do a 12 solo x since the 12 solo x and the 15 are more comparable than the `12 and the 15 mt

would these specs better suit a 15 sx or a 2 12 sxs. I needa kno before i go through with the order. because i already ordered the mt earlier today

I would love to see how your setup works out....I'm thinkin about upgrading my system as well later.....The only thing holding me back is the trunk space in my benz.....I would say your bimmer has the same trunk space as mines....So after u max out your trunk space to fit a box inside it, PLEASE post the dimensions of the box.....
