MORE POWER!! Audioque SDC 2.5 15"s 500rms VS 650rms each... worth the money? gain?

I just bought a set of Audioque SDC 2.5 15's but am now kinda stumped on what kind of power to run to them. They are DVC 4 ohm which kinda screwed me without me knowing because I planned on hooking each sub to a Cadence TXA 1000D, but I cant wire these subs to 1ohm aparently, or even 2 ohm strapped mono with 2 subs.

So I either

A- Use 1 TXA 100D @ 1 ohm on both subs and give them 500rms @ 13.5V

B- Use BOTH TXA 1000D's wired to 2 ohm, one amp per sub, and give them a 650RMS @ 13.5v signal

Now is it worth the gain? I obviously already have both amps and am just trying to make use of them, but am curious if the 150rms watts (if it even makes that power @ 2ohm) is worh the effort of wiring and hiding another amp with these subs?

Will the gain be noticeable? This will be going in a semi high tuned ported box btw in an suv.

Whats your opinion.

Not really a hassle since I already have both amps, which are perfect for MOST subs, these audioques are just built to run on a single mono block amp though so I guess thats why there dual 4 ohm.

No audible difference at ALL?
