I wanna make tweeter pods for my car, what material should i use? I did a search and everyone recommends something diffrent. Some say fleece others say cloth some say grill cloth and some even say spandex. What would be the stronger with out having to use fiber glass? Also when some people mention T-SHIRT material is this 100% cotton? What's the main material that I shoul be looking for? Any help will be appreciated.

If you are constructing something small, I find it is best to use thinner fabircs, as they wont bunch up as easily, or when they do, they wont have the size to be that big of a problem.

As far as your application, just use an old shirt. The fleece will be stronger without using any matte, since it will be able to hold more resin, but the tweeter pod isnt really a "high stress" application, so you'd be safe with t shirt.

THe more polyester the better reaction with the polyester resin . But what kind of tweets are you using ? Sometimes with small format tweets it's just as easy to use a piece of pvc pipe . then Mud ( filler ) it in to smooth it out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
