Probably damaged during shipping, but it's not worth my bother to try and take it up with USPS. It's at least a 6 month endeavor, at the end of which they'll probably say it was not packaged properly.

It's just the ribbon cable on the motorized face. Probably pinched during shipping and severed the trace. It's a $16 part.

I have an Orion 2500D and a pair of EQT's in the mail too. Along with a 4004 and some cds from EFFENDI.

how much power is the sub out?

Usually home receivers dont have a powered sub out, just a low level so you can run whatever amp you want for your sub.
