was driving as normal then suddenly i smell something get home and im greeted with a hissing and this (pics included)

anyone able to tell me what this is truck seems to still run find for now, whatever this is am i ok running without it til i get it fixed, i think its a smog pump but im not sure any help is greatly appreciated.

i cant tell but i think its your ac.

thats your ac compressor bud.

need that fitting and your ac system recharged cuz that hissing is most likely freon.

mine as well sell truck while your at it (its a ford)

Yeah thats for sure your ac, and i cant live with out ac and i live in IOWA!!!

my AC hasnt worked in 4 years, compresser never kicks on just hot air comes out. thanks for the help guys
