Mono or 2 channel amp. Cheap

I am wanting to buy a mono or 2 channel amp that will do atleast 400@2ohm. I would perfer a classD but I will entertain any 2 channel class a/b amp that does the power I need. Looks are not of great importance. PP only and I have funds ready. My budget is the cheaper the better this is not for my car but a friends so he does not want to spend a bunch of my money.

Thats a good price man but he is looking to go cheaper It will only be powering a kicker cvr so cheap is the name of the game for him. Thx though man.
