In one of my trucks I have a PPI i1000.1 and it does just under rated. Tested out right at 925 watts at 13.5 volts. Sure it woulda been closer at 14.4

It was $120

Yeah, would love to find an amp that puts out 800 to 1000 at 4ohm but would be WAY out of my price range. So for now 800 to 1000 at 1ohm

Believe it or not, I have been without a system for about a year. Been putting most of my time and money into my Harley and riding. But now that I have the Subaru Forester XT, want something nice in there. Brian is building me an enclosure. I have a new Skar IVX12 but may switch to the SDR if I can find an amp.

A little over your budget but I’m about to list a mint old school Memphis 16-ST1000d for $200 these will give you around 1300 rms real power ....

Believe it or not, I have been without a system for about a year. Been putting most of my time and money into my Harley and riding. But now that I have the Subaru Forester XT, want something nice in there. Brian is building me an enclosure. I have a new Skar IVX12 but may switch to the SDR if I can find an amp.

don't get the sdr if u gonna spend $100 raise it some get vvx or sundown E or other instead.. that memphis amp louisiana is selling is pretty nice..

looks like ok sub to me, just others out there not much more $.. if u stay with skar amp at least u would have matched stuff but if u get a non skar amp maybe a good time to get into other brand.. u have ported box or sealed?

hahah, nope. I am into nice comfortable riding. I think I found that in the Heritage Classic.
