thats a pretty good idea. it should look pretty sweet, im thinking of buying some more mdf and glassing materials soon and see what i can come up with.

Wouldn't really go with the amp but I bet a gloss black with a high shine would look sweet. Also maybe continuing the blue middle stripe down the rad would look cool to with either the matching silver or a black.

Only thing I can think I would rather see done on it would be wrapping the cloth all the way around and stapling it to the back side of the MDF instead of the edges. Also making the amp itself bolt to a back piece and the molded portion slide in over and either clip down or be fastened somehow to allow for easy removal and tuning of the amp if necessary.

Gonna look sweet when totally finished. Looking forward to seeing it, definitely a cool design, specially for amps that have a fairly distinctive/cool shape to them.

not really. still need to do a little sanding, and spot putty. then paint of course. ill be sure to update when i get it done... been busy as hell, when i get a chance to work on my own stuff its usually my sub box...
