What is the best (most efficient) tuning frequency for a 15" Memphis Mojo?

I know a guy that put a 12" in a ford ranger in a 4.5cu.ft tuned to 45hz he sad he was tuning it that low so it will drop low? it's his DD but if he did comps he would tune it to 65hz ??so?

34-38 Hz

where i like to sit

somewhere in that

especialy with mojos

highs wont sound too bad and it'll destroy the lows
