its actually just another short bend in the box..
I know the one he is asking about is fine.

But the top left. The clearence from the ports end to the side wall does not look like one and one half the ports width. Thats all I meant...

i know, it isnt one and one half. its the same width as the port, adding like 2 or 3" onto the port length. I didnt design it, but when i heard it w/ the 13 W7 in it in ksin's car it sounded absolutely great.

Yup , the dsp should have input sections, it may have one for sub? Hu to dsp. Dsp to amps, amps to speakers. Probably help you to draw this all...
