i think u miss understand what i said. for thier "logic" to work it must be within that logic and from what i see of that break its faulty workmanship dissassembling the vehicle. i dont know if you can win money out of it because of their saying but you can find negligence which under no law is legal. thats where the BBB comes in.

Yeah, report them left and right, put up pictures around town on billboards of that install. Cut off their business as much as possible. Anything you can legally.

All else failed, one of their cheap subs + light socket + time = Magic Smoke, boom, burn.

no judge would award anything but the damages. best bet would be to small claims court them and bbb them at the same time.

that is f**ked up. i allway do my own installs. i have seen this and lesser cases like this with friends of mine. a wood screw to hold a antenna wire to an fm modulator (best buy) is something my little sister could do. beside that fact, i have heard of employees getting address of newly installed stuff and sending friend to your house to rip you of while your sleeping. i had a stereo shop ask my address when i bought 2 $15 fuses, i made up an address.

They keep track of who buys stuff from them and what not, put you on mailing lists and everything.
