Just for future reference after several days Of poundage it seems 1500-2k is right on the money for this sub. I didn't notice a huge difference in output at 2k but it was slightly louder to the ear most likely not any more than 1 maybe 2 DB. It also seems to have a stiffer suspension than most of the 3hp drivers I have Played with and I havnt had any bottoming out problems with even 10 and 15 hz tones. Seems to perform the best right around 30-35 hz range and digs low very well. And I don't think I need to elaborate just how nice it sounds lol
