Mixing Batteries?

Is it okay to mix regular and deep cycle batteries? Basically I have a stock battery under the hood and want to put a big deep cycle Kinetik or something in the trunk to power my amps. Is that a bad idea?

make sure its not like a 24 volt deep cycle. I've seen marine batteries like that
