Missing information about old subwoofer

Hello!

I got 2 subwoofer/s from a friend few weeks ago ( SP-212L ) I was using it these days but I noticed that it's missing something and so I started to check settings for amplifier searching internet how everything works etc. ( I'm new to audio, car stuff ) I found that they are each 1000W, 4 Ohm and amplifier is 1600W. So here starts the problem, those subwoofers are kinda old and I can't find RMS for them. Today I found manual for my amplifier ( TX-1600N ) it's half broken few ports don't work so I'm not sure about how correctly wires are connected, (in few days I will look into wiring) it does work fine max~ volume with +12db boost, listening for 30~ minutes, it's loud, but missing some low notes which I think I know how to fix. ( problem might be with car stereo that doesn't allow lower then 80 hz) But the main problem is that I can't find RMS for subwoofers, If I will fix it or get new amplifier how can I know how powerfull It will be needed. (friend doesn't remember much about it, as it was in garage doing nothing for a few years) Maybe someone has had it and knows something about SP-212L subwoofer. + Any tips for me that I would need to know about car audio system.

Thanks in advance for the information!
