mids and highs

i just got a new amp for my mids and highs..Rockford T600-4..i was wondering what was the best way to set it up..should i leave it on ap or put it on hp?..its going to components with crossovers..i dont have a processor or anything like that..thanks guys

Switch it to high pass filter(hp) and set it to around 70-100hz...mess with it and see what works best for you.

it also depends on the crossover capability of your headunit, my mid and high amp is on full pass but the crossovers on my headunit control what they play.

i switched it to hp..but i have my front at about 300 and my rear at 125..70-100 sounds like too much bass for door speakers
