Mids&Highs

I'm planning to trash the stock mids and highs in my truck so i've ordered a pair of DDaudio's VO-M6x9 and a pair of AW5.25. I'm fairly new to the whole car audio thing, so i'm trying to figure out what else i will need. Most likely an amp right? How do I figure how much wattage of an amp to install and such? I'm pretty sure I'll need wiring as well, any suggestions on what gauge to use? Here's the specs.
