Sorry. I have like 8 brushes that you coulda took. and like 4 pairs of gloves. I forgot to throw them in the box of stuff. I will get you a volt meter in return for the money you spent on supplys.

lol, just kiddin. but no, seriously.

i am going to paint it with a high gloss black paint. Just bought two brand new paint guns and need to try them out.

Have fun.....

I hope you know how to work with bondo and such because you will need to block sand the heck out of that...

Once you get it back, primer it the spray a light coat of black spray paint over it, basically dust it. The take you a paddle and some 320 or 400 and have fun...

You're gonna love black after this one..

bondoing the rest of the mounts and stuff, laying glass, getting it ready to prime today....

lol monte i got a dash mount voltmeter from meijer's on sale for like 6$ so i'm good there. the brushes are like $.50 a piece and i only need like 6 of 'em. i'll put pics up in a few hours.

black is just the hardest color in the world to paint. ur "bodywork" has to be flawless or the black will show ever wave, ripple and goof up in the paintjob. u'll need to "stick" the entire thing to get the black to lay flat.

however, it's going inside a car. i doubt that u'll need to worry a whole helluva lot do to shadows and poor lighting inside the car. i painted my wife's enclosure gloss black with silver flake. i didn't bother with all the gory details of sanding it properly and it turned out ok.

it's up to u..i think the most i'd do is 400 the thing with a block (like mentioned earlier i believe) and call it good.

looks pretty good so far skep.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/peace.gif.2db28b618ed8d1964ebbe2f5021d2c39.gif
