Will you need to have the ability to TA midbass in a 4-way setup? I can see where TA is needed with the midrange / tweets but does midbass fall in the same group? Way I'm thinking of doing the setup I'ill have the ability to TA the midrange and tweets but maybe not the midbass by itself. Yes, there's going to be alot of tuning involved.

New Set-up

Pioneer 880PRS 3-way active

Rainbow 4" components, midrange in the dash, tweets in the a-pillars

6.5" or 8" midbass doors

12 sub center console

880 crossover

Front output

HP tweets

Rear output

HP/LP midrange

Sub output (Stereo)

LP off HU / HP off amp midbass

LP off HU / LP off amp Sub

The sub channel will share the sub and midbass, so any TA I do will affect both mibass and sub. Don't really know if I need this to be advanced enough to time align the midbass, mids and tweets separately.

Looking to have the midbass to play from 65 to 200/250hz. Thinking since the sub would be in the front seat center console, would it even matter if I change the TA for the midbass, so close together.
