my assumption will say 250.
If you aren't getting an amp then no components for you, and for coaxes there is not much need to go all out.

You have about $150 left for a semi decent Head unit, which should increase over all output slightly and increase SQ to a good amount.
With stock sound system you should see a very good increase in sound quality by going to these speakers alone.
These dont need much to power, but an amp would increase you sound quality and volume a decent amount, but to recommend stuff you would need to provide more info.
