that sub does have 2 spiders., mine took few weeks to get loud on around 400rms but yeah front slot port worked good for me, idk side ports.. i would stick to 36-38hz 1.5-1.6cf ad.. whats your gain at?

So you have 1.6ft tuned to 35 now?

1.6 with those ports would put u at 37.5hz, not bad but u need amp w/ss filter if u play anything with actual bass

14h x 22w x14.5d subtracting .095 sub displacement with current ports puts me at 1.69 net with a 34.84 tune using torres

its unrelated to your output issues but i'd reset the gains at 26 out of 30 volume. Sub level maxed out, bass boost and bass EQ at zero. Your gains should be able to be set a lot lower.

I was the one that said 22x14x14 with 2 3x 15.5 ports and dowel bracing. I use the calcs on the12v and came up with about 1.6cf at 36.65hz.

OP added the 45s in all 4 corners and didn't make the box bigger to account for the space they take up. That's an extra .11cf of space, which drops the volume to 1.48389cf tuned to 38hz.

yeah u better check your cf subtract all bracing and sub disp.. if u still have 1.69 u could maybe add more wood to inside if u just trying to make box smaller and raise tuning.. u may need to play some bass on that sub to get it broke it..

u are right... idk what he's not hearing unless he made box bigger..
