Torres with these dimensions 14 x 22 x 14.5, .095 sub displacement and two 3x15.5 ports that gives me 1.69 net with a 34.84 tune. 36 if you believe the app is off by 2hz too low.

Not deep enough and would change how much port is inside then would gain airspace.

have you tried positioning the port like i said in the beginning yet? you can have sub fire up and port fire back. Because from all your pictures there is literally no loading wall for your port.

1.6 tuned to 35hz should do ok on a bd500.1... however many cooks there are... listen to the chef'... try movin' the box and you may see a change.

I will try all positions when this box is complete. Not much air was coming out of the ports for a loading wall to help. I am thinking something else was not right.

its not that dude, its pure phase issues if you dont have the port close to a loading wall. It doesnt matter if there is air or not. You want the incident wave and reflected wave in correct phase with eachother or else you basically lose almost all your output.

Also try covering one port Could also be that the sub doesn't like a lot of port area.

you can literally just shorten the port and move the port to fire the same way as the sub. Typically dont like side port in trunks unless you are competing for one note wonders.

Ignore the 6..

Notice how the recommend a small box for "tight" bass? 1.4 should be good. It's a high qes high mass woofer it's efficent downlow you can use a much smaller box and get the same extention
