memphis speaker idenification

i recently ran across a good deal on a Memphis 15 i don't know anything on the power handling or ohms, i believe its dvc, it has two sets of clips on it like a dvc would.. it says studio sub woofer on the magnet.. the only number on the speaker that might would help identify it is 0240317. any help on identifying the specs for this speaker are greatly appreciated
