Memphis PR 1000.1 ???'s

I just bought a Memphis PR 1000.1 mono amp and its the new all grey one not the black/chrome. I was wondering what everyone thinks about the amp and if it will power my sub ok. It is going to be powering a dual 2 ohm 15" FI Q with the BP option at 1 ohm. Just so everyone knows.

Should be fine with that. IIRC it does rater power and the Q is right at 1000rms, least mine was. Just hope you don't have the problems like I did with my Q. Had to send it back twice and the 3rd time I ripped my surround..........with a grill on it and 900rms to it without a clipped signal. Probably just got a bad sub, but ever since I sold it, the guy repaired the rip and still works to this day, so who knows.

Should be perfect amp for that.
