Look guy, it's not a junk amp, I actually like those amps and recommend them to my customers if they can find one. Memphis tech support, and hell, any support from Memphis is impossible to get. That's really the only problem. I love the design in the Memphis 4K, I like working on them most of the time anyway, it's just that if it's broken, you send it here to be fixed, I fix it, then you decide you don't want to pay the bill, then I have to find a buyer for it. Which could take a while unless I sell it for repair costs only, which sometimes I do.

For all of those who want dB-r to be nicer, we can, for a 10% nice fee, we will add it to your invoice!

Its not about the price bro. I mean odds are if someone has an amp of this price, they know its not going to be cheep to fix. I would have no issue paying to get it fixed. Its just the way you come off as a dick is all. You may be the nicest person in the world in person, but all I have to go by is what I see on here. As i said I know you aint going to lose any sleep if I don't send it to you, and in the end neither will I.

How do i not know how to use it? If its broke, is there a correct way to use it that I am unaware of? I have a blown channel on a 5 channel amp. Could you share with me the correct way to use it?

Cool, so we understand each other. It is an expensive amp. You wouldn't believe the number of whiners I get wanting their $1400 amps repaired for under $200... LOL. So I have gotten in the habit of telling them to go fly a kite before they even send it in. Sorry for being a dick. Yes, I am a dickhead. But at least I do business the right way, the part that actually matters. There's always the 10% be-nice fee as an alternative to our regular service.

it's wasnt broke before you used it you dumb ****, so you dont know how to use an amp like this. go back to the elemental design amps you had before this one.

Ok man, your right, this is a very complicated unit. I never said you broke it man. I never even contacted you. I may very well have been damaged in shipping. But I am not a retard, there is an issue with the amp. And I know its not user error.
